By accessing or using RedePOS, merchants agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Platform Description
RedePOS is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) platform designed for restaurants and food service businesses.
The platform may include:
- Point of Sale
- Kitchen Display System
- Customer Display System
- Self-Service Kiosk
- Online Ordering
- SMS Notifications
- Reporting
- Inventory Management
- Payment Integrations
- Restaurant Management Tools
3. SMS Notifications
RedePOS allows participating merchants to send transactional SMS notifications to customers regarding active orders.
Examples include:
- Order confirmation
- Preparation updates
- Pickup notifications
- Delivery notifications
- Order completion
RedePOS does not send unsolicited marketing messages through this service.
4. Customer Consent
Participating merchants are responsible for obtaining customer consent before using SMS notifications.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
Customers may request assistance by replying:
HELP
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency depends on customer activity and order status.
6. Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Carrier charges are determined by the customer’s wireless provider.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:
- use RedePOS lawfully;
- obtain all necessary customer consents;
- comply with applicable privacy regulations;
- avoid sending unauthorized marketing communications.
8. Service Availability
RedePOS strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers and third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All RedePOS software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and technology remain the exclusive property of Rede Network.
10. Limitation of Liability
RedePOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
11. Changes
These Terms may be modified periodically.
